Mr. Samuel Ma resigned from the Board of Directors of ISA Hong Kong Chapter with effect from 31st July, 2020 as he was recently elected to become a Member of the Board of Directors of ISA (https://www.isa-arbor.com/Who-We-Are/Our-Leaders/Board-of-Directors) with effect from 1st August, 2020. We would like to take this opportunity to thank Samuel for his continuous support of ISAHK Chapter during the past few years and we wish him all the best for the future in his new position.
We are glad to announce the appointment of a new Board Member for ISAHK , Mr. Jason Ma, as a replacement for Samuel Ma’s vacated position . Jason is an active tree climber and has been participating in both local and international tree climbing championships and has obtained several awards. Jason will be focusing on the tree climbing activities for ISAHK. We would like to take this opportunity to welcome Jason to the Board and we hope he will enjoy working with us!
The Government has announced that “The Trainee Programme under the Urban Forestry Support Fund” is now open for applications at (http://www.cic.hk/chi/main/collaboration_schemes/ufsf-tp/). Please share this information with your friends and colleagues in order to promote the Arboricultural industry and employers are also encouraged to apply for the funding.
