Time: 19:30 – 21:30 (Registration starts at 19:20)

Points to Note for the AGM:
Only fully paid up Professional Members and Ordinary Members of the Chapter are entitled to vote at the AGM.
In case you would like to vote at the AGM and you cannot attend the meeting in person, you may consider voting by proxy. Please download the Proxy Form (click the bar at the bottom), fill in the form and submit it to admin@isahongkong.org before 14th December 2023 for further processing.
New membership and membership renewal application(s) will be suspended from 20th November to 19th December 2023. If your membership has recently expired, please renew it before 20th November 2023 and you will still be able to vote in the AGM.
