ISA CEU Pre-approval Application

Organizations hosting seminars/ workshops wish to get ISA CEUs pre-approval codes for the event should submit the information of the seminar/workshop to certification@isahongkong.org by completing the below application form. The submission should be made at least 8 weeks prior to the seminar/workshop so that the Certification Committee would have sufficient time to review the contents and request for supplementary information as necessary.

*Please note that the CEU Pre-approval Form has been updated in July 2019. Please note the updated application arrangemet in the form, and read the form carefully before submission.

Please note that if the seminar/workshop is cancelled because of inclement weather such as the hoisting of Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above or Black Rainstorm Warning Signal is in force, the organizer can change the date of the seminar/workshop free of administration charge. However, if the date of the seminar/workshop has to be changed due to other reasons, it will be considered as a new CEU pre-approval application and administration charge will be applied.

Under normal circumstances, if the applicant has provided sufficient information, CEU pre-approval codes will be issued in 2 weeks prior to the commencement of the event.
