We are pleased to announce that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) 2025 of ISA Hong Kong Chapter (ISAHK) will be held on 8 December 2025 (Mon). Members of ISAHK are invited to join the AGM. Also, don't miss out on our Networking Session which provide an excellent opportunity for members to connect and share ideas!

As a special addition to the AGM, we are pleased to arrange a Seminar on the topic of Ten-Year Journey in Tree Practice: From Theory to Fieldwork 十年樹木 — 樹藝十年誌 從理論到實踐. Seminar Content: Hong Kong arboricultural practitioner, with years of hands-on experience, has incorporated modern arboricultural knowledge into his practical work. Using practices like pruning, planting, transplanting, and tree anatomy, many problems of tree were resolved. Through photographic documentation, the development of 20 trees over more than 10 years will be showcased during the seminar. No. of CEU: 1

Points to Note for the AGM:
The AGM is for ISAHK members only.
Only ISAHK Professional Members and Ordinary Members with membership valid* till 8 Dec 2025 are entitled to vote at the AGM.
*IMPORTANT NOTE: The membership validity will be based on the record of ISAHK on 4 Dec 2025 (23:59 HKT). All membership registration or renewal must be completed (including payment) before this.
In case you would like to vote at the AGM and you cannot attend the meeting in person, you may consider voting by proxy. Please download the Proxy Form below, fill in the form and submit it to admin@isahongkong.org on or before 4 Dec 2025 for further processing.
The list of candidates for the Board of Directors will be announced on 28 Nov 2025.
