ISA Tree Risk Assessment Qualification (TRAQ) Renewal Course and Assessment offers as early as 18 months prior to your expiration date to reinstate your qualification, if your TRAQ qualification is expiring before July 2023, you may now apply this renewal course.
If you have successfully passed the requirements, you will be given 5 years from the date of your previous expiration allowing you to take full advantage of the 5 year period granted with the credential.

Retake TRAQ Assessment:
There is a HK$1,700 fee per retake for up to one year from the original date of your exam. Please email your original TRAQ assessment date and bank in slip to certification@isahongkong.org. Applicant will be required to retake both the written and performance-based portions of the exam, even if you failed only one of them.
No refund nor changes of the application after the application is submitted and approved by ISA. Administration fee of HK$500 may be charged for any changes of the application due to uncontrollable circumstances.
Refund policy: A full refund if the registration is not accepted or class is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances. No refund would be given if the applicant could not attend the class due to personal reasons.
TRAQ Study Packet: It will be sent by courier to your delivery address at your own expense a few weeks prior to the assessment date.
Course Content
1-day course: 5 hours of instruction and 3 hours for exam completion.
100 multiple-choice question exam and performance-based outdoor tree assessment.
CEUs Granted
5 CEUs will be granted for the instructional portion of the program. These CEUs can be applied to your ISA Certified Arborist® credential as well as the Tree Worker credentials. For an ISA Board Certified Master Arborist®, 2 CEUs go to practice, 2 to management, and 1 to science.
