Hong Kong Tree Climbing Championship (HKTCC) 2025

 

The Hong Kong Tree Climbing Championship (HKTCC), organized by the ISA Hong Kong Chapter, will be held from December 5 to 7, 2025, at the park loacted east of Fan Kam Road.

 

Since 2010, Hong Kong Tree Climbing Championship has been an annual gala for local tree climbing sport enthusiasts and peers of the tree care industry. HKTCC provides a platform for arborists and tree climbers to learn about the latest climbing techniques and innovations in equipment. Highest level of professional skills and safety are shown in HKTCC, providing a competitive learning environment for those working in the industry. Competitive tree climbing also introduces the public to the skills professional tree climbing arborists must use for safe, professional tree work.

 

The preliminary round includes 5 competition events, and the top 8 performers will compete at the "Masters, Challenge". Participants will compete in local events to qualify for the Asia Pacific and Global competitions. 

 

The event welcomes public participation, and is free of charge. In addition to watching elite climbers from China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, and Japan showcase their skills, the public can participate in a series of experiential activities during the event. These include tree climbing experiences, mini-game, and various product displays, all aimed at enhancing public awareness and interest in tree climbing.
